On early
dismissal days, if you have one child, you will add $5.00 to the
weekly fee. If you have two or more children, you will add
$10.00 to the weekly fee.
Parents are charged the full day fee regardless of the amount of
time their child is present. Payments may be made by cash or
check. There is a $25.00 charge for each check returned by a
bank.
Our
expenses continue whether your child is present or not, so you will
be charged for five days a week for a full-time child and three days
a week for a part-time child. Exceptions will be made
only if a child is sick three or more days in one week and has a
doctor's excuse. If this happens, you will be charged for the
number of days your child was present that week.
Non-payment of any fee can result in
the termination of service.
The drop-in rate is charged by the
day because we cannot depend on drop-ins to meet our monthly
expenses. Scheduled and unscheduled drop-ins must pre-pay five
or more days at a time. When your drop-in account is depleted,
another five-day pre-paid fee will be assessed. Any days you
have paid in advance and are unused at the end of the year will be
refunded. |
